At One Vision, we love a blank canvas — and this new build in Marchant Street, Corinda gave us the perfect opportunity to bring our clients’ dream home to life. Working from the ground up, we collaborated closely on this custom design to ensure every space was not only functional, but beautiful, comfortable, and timeless.
From the moment you step inside, the home strikes a perfect balance between striking modern design and natural warmth. The interior features polished concrete floors that reflect natural light throughout the open-plan living area, while rich timber elements soften the space and create visual interest.
A Kitchen Made for Living
The heart of the home is the expansive kitchen, where clean lines meet everyday practicality. We selected a bold black and timber cabinetry palette, softened by warm lighting and highlighted by a crisp white island bench. Sleek appliances, clever storage, and the full-length window splashback give the kitchen a stylish yet grounded feel — perfect for both entertaining and everyday family life.
Seamless Indoor-Outdoor Living
Large glass sliders open up to a tree-lined view, seamlessly connecting the indoors with the outdoor entertaining area. The connection to nature was an important part of the design brief, and the home delivers with a tranquil outlook from every angle. Whether it’s morning coffee at the bench or sunset drinks on the deck, this home invites you to pause and enjoy the moment.

Every detail in this home was considered — from the custom timber battens that double as a design feature and privacy screen, to the soft, tonal interior palette that lets the surrounding landscape take centre stage.
